Limbo with ADHD and negative thinking.

Difficult when your focus and attention is tunnelling in to negative thinking. Talking about problems can usually help sort them out. Things can get complicated and especially when you’re struggling with the basics. I’m working on changing my way of thinking, being negative only adds fuel to the fire.

Let’s add ADHD to the mix, my feelings are torn with my ADHD. I try to blame very little on it, how can I use ADHD as an excuse to feed the fire? It’s not possible that I can excuse one problem with another. I’m in limbo at the moment, balancing on a very fine line of getting through this or destroying my inner soul and mind on this journey. However depending on your state of mind, ADHD can be the ultimate positive.

What are others thoughts on negative thinking, and ultimately how ADHD comes into the mix? Relationships, anxiety, structure, etc. The same would go for parents of children with ADHD as usually the parents have to go through a horrendous time (just as my parents did with my diagnoses at 7)
